All domestic U.S. orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage and include a tracking number at a $5.00 flat rate. International shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may come with ordering internationally.

Most Nine Birds pieces are made to order, just for you!  Because of this, please allow 7-10 business days from when your order was placed for your item to ship. If you need your order more quickly, please reach out at hello@nine-birds.com for rush options!

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it unworn within one week of the item’s delivery date for a refund, minus shipping costs. You may return unworn items up to three weeks after the item’s delivery date for  store credit or exchange. Items that have been worn, or that have custom modifications, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, all Nine Birds pieces include a one-year warranty from date of purchase, which covers any damage from normal, every day wear. Please see Warranty & Repairs for more details.

Custom alterations to existing pieces, such as using different stones or metals than the ones listed, is almost always possible with a small charge to accommodate any difference in material price. My ability to complete more complicated custom orders depends on the scope of the project you have in mind. If you’d like to request an alteration on an existing product, or if you would like to discuss your ideas with me and receive a quote on a more complex piece, please reach out via the contact page.
