46th Annual Medford Apple Festival

Each year the Annual Apple Festival returns to historic Kirby’s Mill in Medford. Hosted by the Medford Historical Society, the event draws thousands of visitors to browse 120+ hand-made crafters, plus great food, apple cider, apple baked goods, signature apple cider donuts made on-site and specially made apple ice cream. Popular Medford Historical Society apple butter is also available each year. Add live music which plays throughout the day making it a memorable event for all.
